Tannic body on the palate combined with true finesse. The dark schist soil contributes mineral and earthy undergrowth notes. This wine will enhance roasts red meats and game. |

variety: Gamay and Grolleau Sensory characteristics: It has a crystal clear robe with glints of salmon pink. It has notes of small red fruits, with a freshness finale of mint and white pepper. This rosé is round and mellow on the palate with a liveliness that compensates for the sweet sensation and refreshes the finish. This wine goes well with desserts (sweet tarts and fruit salads) or it can be served for aperitif. |
